    Facility Emergency or Support Contact List

    In an emergency, use the phone to call for assistance. Texting or emails do not offer immediate connections that you know have been made. If you have no answer leave a message, send a text and call back until you connect with the necessary person(s).

      Fire Alarm Atrium Panel silence password is 2222, Up Arrow. If a pull station was pulled, it must be reset by hand before the alarm will stop. After it is reset the control panel must be reset as well by pressing the reset button.

      List of building emergency water shut off locations:
      Church Sanctuary:
      Basement closet on west wall (Hamilton Ave), behind right hand door.
      This has one labeled valve which must be turned 90°

      Office/ Activity:
      Basement mechanical room on north wall (wall opposite hall door entry) behind hot water heater.
      This has one labeled valve which must be turned 90°

      Learning Center:
      Basement mechanical room, north wall between the two boilers.
      This has two labeled valves which must be turned 90°

      Care Center:
      Basement South Wall of East Room (turn left at bottom of stair. Open paneled wall for Gas and Water valves

      Salvia: Basement East Wall (Salvia side) north corner
