Go to the Microsoft Teams website at microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft....

Click on the 'Download Teams' button in top right corner to start the download.

Scroll down the page and be sure to select Teams for work or school

Find the downloaded setup file on your computer and run it.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

After installation, launch Microsoft Teams from the desktop or Start menu.

Enter your email address and password associated with your Work/School Microsoft account.If you're signing in for the first time, you may need to complete additional setup steps.
