CCLI Reporting

When you are called on by CCLI to report your copy activity, you can use recent updates to the Song Usage Stats page to help give you an idea of what songs and numbers you need to report. Once you log in to your Service Planning account, follow these easy steps:
- Go to Library> Song Files
- Click the "Usage Stats" button in the upper right
- Change the "Number of Top Songs" option to be "All" and set the date range for the reporting period
- Click the "Refresh Stats" button
The list generated below will list all songs scheduled in the worship flow during that period, along with the count (number of times scheduled) and the CCLI number, if available. In case you're not 100% sure on the CCLI guidelines for when a song is "counted" for copyright reporting purposes, we suggest you check out the video clips and articles on the specifics of CCLI reporting.
