15.01 Tardiness and Absence

    It is important that employees work their assigned schedules as consistently as possible. However, CHPC understands that because of illness or emergency you may be unable to come to work.
     
    If you are unable to report to work for any reason, you must notify your supervisor as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to keep CHPC informed daily during a short-term absence and to provide medical verification when asked to do so.
     
    In consideration for all concerned parties, exempt employees will communicate extended absence to appropriate Staff.
