1Arrival at the Church
A/V member(s) should arrive at the church at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the service.
Upon arrival, member(s) should:
- Ensure all necessary equipment is present and functioning properly.
- Check in with the team leader for any last-minute updates and instructions.
- Make any necessary adjustments to the equipment and set up for the service.

2Preparing for the Service
Before the start of the service, A/V member(s) should:
- Ensure all microphones are fully charged and turned on.
- Check that the sound system is functioning properly.
- Assist the worship team with any setup or equipment needs.
- Ensure the stage is clear of any obstacles or hazards.

3During the Service
During the service, A/V member(s) should:
- Monitor and adjust the sound levels as needed.
- Be alert for any technical issues and address them promptly.
- Assist the worship team with any equipment needs, such as adjusting microphone height or handing off instruments.
- Remain available to assist with any other needs as requested by the team leader.
- Remain attentive to the service and participate as appropriate.

4After the Service
After the service, A/V member(s) should:
- Assist with the disassembly and packing up of equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and secured.
- Check in with the team leader to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed.
- Assist with any other tasks as requested by the team leader.
- Leave the church premises in clean and orderly condition.
