To reset the Learning Center HVAC controller, reboot the Top Device, Optiflex BACnet Integrator by switching off on the top edge of the device for 2 minutes before restarting.

The Main Street Mechanical room is located in between the two sets of wooden doors leading into the Learning Center main lobby.

Inside you will find: Air handling unit-4, Web Ctrl control panel (similar to the picture above), Water Chilled Water (1 and 2) and Hot Water (pumps 1& 2 (labeled as 3 and 4 respectively in control panel).

When troubleshooting heating or colling issues, verify that the appropriate pump is running.  If not, switch between pumps as needed.  Each switch is labeled (i.e. Pump 1, Pump 2, etc.).  An indicator light is to the right of each label.  A power switch is to the right of the light.  To turn a pump on, toggle the switch to the far left.  To turn the a pump off, toggle the switch to the far right.  If you turn a switch off manually, please be sure to turn it back on after resolving any issues. 


Verify that the temperatures in the Service and Return thermometers show the appropriate temps. 
Adjust as needed.
