14.05 Short- and Long-Term Disability
Regular Full-Time Employees will be eligible for disability insurance after completion of 30 days of continuous service. CHPC pays 100% of the premiums. The premiums paid on your behalf are subject to payroll taxes.
Short-Term Disability is initiated for qualifying medical events. Long-Term Disability will be effective if the circumstances require it.
