FiberSeal applies a fiber sealant
1. This sealant is applied once a year
2. This sealant used to be applied every other year, but they found out that they couldn't clean the dirt because the sealant only lasted a little over a year.
3. They use a encapsulation method where the chemical cleaner is agitated with a buffing pad that swirls the cleaner around the dirt and allows the dirt to be captured on the buffing pad, or it dries, and can be vacuumed.
4. The carpet should be vacuumed after it is dry to pick up the encapsulated dirt. It will also come up in later vacuuming's.

Fiberseal will come in for evenings or Saturdays if an area is booked completely during the week.

Call for spot cleaning
1. Our program includes spot cleaning (coffee or pop) whenever necessary.

3. This is included in the original price for cleaning and ceiling
4. In the event that the carpet becomes catastrophically dirty, a complete cleaning costs about $350 additional which covers two men for an hour and a half. (B.05&6 - 3/14/23)
