When setting up an event or other church activity you can reserve Vehicles in the Calendar. To do this you will need to have all of the Vehicles available listed here.

1How to Set-up Vehicles
- Click Calendar in the left navigation menu.
- Click on the calendar settings icon at the top, right corner of the screen.
- On the left-hand side of the screen click on Vehicles
- Here you can list any of the Church's Vehicles that can be reserved for Church Events or Activities. If your church has more than one Campus, you can switch between Campuses using the drop-down menu at the top of the page along the right-hand side. Type in the name of the vehicle you want to add.
- Click ADD to complete placing the vehicle on the list.
Use the icon to remove the vehicle from the ones available.
