4.06 Open Door Policy

If a team member has a concern, it is important that the issue be resolved as quickly as possible. Team members are encouraged to bring concerns to the attention of their team leaders and/or fellow team members when appropriate. Many problems may be discussed and resolved in staff meetings. However, items of a personal nature should be discussed with the team leader and/or brought to the attention of Human Resources. See additional information under the “Harassment Policy” section of this handbook.
