Our mission at CHPC is to grow a diverse community of Jesus followers, and every action you take while employed with CHPC should support that vision. All staff members of CHPC must understand that they are followers of Jesus Christ, and should consistently seek to live by biblical standards, and agree to demonstrate unity within the church with a humble and teachable spirit. 

At CHPC, every staff member is a minister, and is expected to fully engage in the ministry of the church. We consider ministry readiness and an individual’s capacity to represent CHPC as a minister during the selection process for all staff positions. An essential function within every position held by a staff member at CHPC is to uphold and represent CHPC and our beliefs in all areas of personal and professional life.
