17.02 Performance Evaluations
Employees will receive an annual written performance evaluation. The purpose of the performance evaluation is to let you know how well you are doing. Written performance evaluations may include commendation for good work, as well as specific recommendations for improvement.
You will have the opportunity to discuss your performance evaluation with your supervisor. This is a good time to ask questions and clarify important points.
