    chmshelpdesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/10598885472...

Group Views are customizable lists of groups designed to save you time.

These can be used as easy filter options throughout your ChMS software.

By default, Group Views are user-specific but can be shared with other team members as needed!

    Top Use Cases:

    (1) Mass Communication:  Save a list of groups who you commonly Mass Email or Mass Text. For 'children or youth' Groups, take advantage of Mass Contact's Send to Parents feature!

    (2) Reporting: Identify the most common reports you run and Group Lists for each. Ex: select age groups and campus groups to report on giving trends by age & location.

    (3) Visitors & Volunteers: Save your visitor or ministry team groups as a Group View. Use these to monitor growth, engage existing (or potential) volunteers, the sky's the limit!
