Groups Views: Save Group Lists
Group Views are customizable lists of groups designed to save you time.
These can be used as easy filter options throughout your ChMS software.
By default, Group Views are user-specific but can be shared with other team members as needed!
Top Use Cases:
(1) Mass Communication: Save a list of groups who you commonly Mass Email or Mass Text. For 'children or youth' Groups, take advantage of Mass Contact's Send to Parents feature!
(2) Reporting: Identify the most common reports you run and Group Lists for each. Ex: select age groups and campus groups to report on giving trends by age & location.
(3) Visitors & Volunteers: Save your visitor or ministry team groups as a Group View. Use these to monitor growth, engage existing (or potential) volunteers, the sky's the limit!

In the sidebar menu, navigate to Groups > Views, and click on Add View. Add a brief descriptive title, then select the Properties, Aggregates, or Groups that should be included in your view.
Note: By default, any Group View you create will only be visible to your user profile. To allow other team members to use the Group View you've created, select Share View.
Pro-Tip: Share Group Views with discretion to avoid list ‘bloat.’
