Service Planning offers no special licensing to legally permit sharing copyrighted content with others on your team.  However, there is a Church Rehearsal License provided by CCLI that will permit you team members to legally access your digitally distributed music (including sharing it via Service Planning).  More information about this license can be found at rehearsal.ccli.com/
