Regular staff may be eligible for approved conferences, seminars, workshops, or ministry trips as determined by the Senior Pastor. The proposed conference must have a direct impact to the staff member’s work and prove beneficial to the church. 

Careful planning in the scheduling and attending of conferences is vital so that conflict with church related responsibilities is avoided.
