Songbooks

This organization tool lets you virtually create and save personal or team libraries (or "books") of songs. Team members (even of other teams) can be given access to view or modify the songbook contents. And while building an event flow, you can open any one of your songbooks and pick songs from its concise list, rather than having to search through the long list of all your church’s songs.

Songbooks can be created by any Planner, and Helpers that have access to the full songs library.

To create a songbook you begin by going to Library> Song Files. Once there you select the songs you'd like to add to a songbook and using the "Actions" dropdown in the upper right you select "Add to a Songbook."Screenshot 2024-05-20 at 7.50.12 AM.png

Once there, you will see a small pop-up that will ask for a name for the Songbook. And then you will click "Ok" to Save.

Once the Songbook is saved, you can then go back into the Event Flow for any Event you are working to build and you will see a Songbook option in the right side panel (second icon from the left). By selecting that icon, you will be able to easily find the Songbooks you create and grab songs from there vs having to search through your whole library.
