On the Song Files page (Library> Song Files), if you click the Recently Played button in the middle top of the screen, you will find a screen that allows you to see the most recently played 20, 50, 100 or all, songs that have been played in services. 

On the Event Flow page, if you click on a song's title and "View Song Info" you will be taken to a screen where you can see "Last Performed" under the General tab of the song info page.
