1. These are the perimeter HVAC blower units
2. The control door is locked with a hex screw and the stubby screwdriver is in the Facility Director's office, top drawer, right of desk.
3. Spring/Fall operation
   1. Set the units with core on cool and half of the rest half on heat and half on cool.
      1. This allows the thermostat to automatically switch from heat to cool if it is in auto mode.
4. Summer operation - all units on cool, note the PENCIL mark with a "C" (THIS IS ERASABLE IF CHANGE IS NECESSARY)
   1. The balcony unit runs full on with only the fan speed a variable. The thermostat is broken but since it is so hot upstairs it doesn't really require a thermostat. 
      1. If it is ever too cold just turn the fan down or off.

This valve is located in the basement mechanical room where the piping enters the building. If the A/C is off, the valve should be closed. This reduces the cooling load during unoccupied times.
