SC | How To Reconcile the Total QTY Received vs. Shipped vs. Inventory for a Production Lot (Batch No)
The process will walk through how to pull the necessary data to reconcile the total quantity received, and shipped, and the current On-Hand inventory.
You will need to export three (3) reports that will be used to correlate the data for the Production Lot Batch No.

- Filter the Item Receipts table in InfoPlus
- Export the Result
- Sum Received Quantity
- Shipped Order Lines
- Filter the Order Line table in InfoPlus
- Export the Result
- Sum Shipped Quantity
- Inventory Detail
- Filter the Inventory Detail table in InfoPlus
- Export the Result
- Sum Shipped Quantity

- Open (Started/In Progress) Assembly Jobs DO NOT show On Hand Inventory

3Navigate to the Item Receipt Table in InfoPlus

- The Item Receipt Table will show the individual receipts of items as they were received into our warehouses through an inbound ASN

4Filter the Item Receipt TableYou will need to filter the Item Receipt table in order to acquire the specific information that you are looking for.
Filter the Item Receipt table by:- 'Type' = Normal
- 'Prod Lot' - Contains - "The production Lot you are looking for"

5Export Item Receipt Table and Sum ResultsAfter filtering the Item Receipt Table, the results can be exported and the quantities summed to confirm the total QTY received. Use the Actions dropdown menu to Export the results to an Excel spreadsheet.
If there are multiple lines on the export, you will need to SUM the column 'Received Quantity' to get the total quantity of units received.

- The Order Line Table will show the individual order lines for every order in our system.
- A single order can have multiple order lines associated with the same order number

8Filter the Order Line TableYou will need to filter the Order Line table in order to acquire the specific lines of shipped orders.
Filter the Order Linetable by:- 'Status' = Shipped
- 'Prod Lot' - Contains - "The production Lot you are looking for"

9Export Order Line Table and Sum ResultsAfter filtering the Order Line Table, the results can be exported and the quantities summed to confirm the total QTY Shipped. If there are multiple lines on the export, you will need to SUM the column 'Shipped Quantity' to get the total quantity of units received.
Use the Actions dropdown menu to Export the results to an Excel spreadsheet.

If there are multiple lines on the export, you will need to SUM the column 'Quantity' to get the total quantity of units On Hand.
Use the Actions dropdown menu to Export the results to an Excel spreadsheet.

NOTE: Open (Started/In Progress) Assembly Jobs DO NOT show On Hand Inventory
Suppose there are OPEN Assembly Jobs, either in a Started or In Progress status that uses the SKU of the Production Lot (Batch No) you are looking for. In that case, the number of units being used to complete that Assembly Job will not be accounted for in inventory until the Output SKU of the Assembly Job is received back into inventory after the job is Completed.
To check this:
Navigate to the Job Table and filter by Status of Started or In Progress
