    SC - How to Add an EORI or VAT to ShipStation

      Get EORI or VAT number from Customer

      The customer will provide the EORI or VAT number that will need to be used for the order.

      Login to Customers ShipStation

      Using the link below and LastPass, login into the customer's ShipStation account that you are needing to add the EORI or VAT number to.

      Go to Account Settings

      In the upper right-hand corner of the page, select the COG icon to open the settings menus.

      Open International Settings Menu

      Select Shipping and then choose International Settings from the left-hand sidebar

      Select 'Add a Tax Identifier'

      Click the Add a Tax Identifier button

      Add Tax ID Information from Customer

      1. Select the Tax ID type

      2. and Issuing Authority
      3. Then enter the EORI or VAT number and give it a nickname (the nickname helps you identify the ID when selecting it for your shipments).
