When fulfilling FBM specific orders in ShipStation, it is very important to only be importing FBM orders and not FBA Orders as well.

FBA stands for 'Fulfilled by Amazon' and any FBA order will be taken care of by an Amazon Fulfillment Center

In order to confirm this setting is selected navigate to 'Settings'

In Settings, navigate to 'Selling Channels' on the left-hand column

On the 'Selling Channels' page, select the store for Amazon and select the three-dots and then 'Edit Store Details'

Then select the option for 'Edit Amazon Settings' under the Amazon Connection Settings at the bottom of the screen.
On this page, confirm that the setting is not selected for 'Import FBA Orders'
