      Order must be created and imported to Infoplus

      1. You must create a Manual Order in ShipStation. To create an Order in ShipStation, follow the Steps in the SOP linked below:

      2. MAKE SURE to put the Order ON HOLD in ShipStation. Follow steps in SOP below:

      Locate Order in InfoPlus

      1. Navigate to the Order Table
      2. Search by the "Customer Order No"

      Look up Parcel Rates on the Order

      1. Select the Order or Open the Order from the Order Table
      2. Click "Actions"


      3. Click "Look Up Parcel Rates"


      4. Click "Submit" to run the Parcel Rates

      Review Shipping Rates

      1. Shipping Rates will display for all available carriers for this order

      IMPORTANT NOTE: It will display two rates. See details below:

      Published Freight Amount - The base that would be charged without ShipCalm Partners Discounts with Carriers

      Charged Freight Amount - The Rate that is offered with ShipCalm Partners Discounts with Carriers - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY SHIPCALM MARK-UP. Please make sure to add the ShipCalm Carrier Mark-up to the Charged Freight Amount to determine the rate that you will pay.
