CS - How-To Update ShipCalm User Access in ShipStation

    This process will outline the permissions that ShipCalm will need on the ShipStation account.

    If you have any questions or concerns while performing this procedure, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Onboarding Specialist or Customer Account Manager.

      Locate ShipCalm User Account

      Select 'Account Settings' (Wrench Icon in top right)
          ---> Select 'Account' (Left Sidebar)
              ---> Select 'User Management'
                  ---> Select 'Edit' on the ShipCalm account

      Give Full Permissions to ShipCalm User

      1. Go to 'Permissions' Tab
      2. Check all boxes
        • May need to scroll down in order to check 'Shipping'
      3. Select "Save"

      Notify your Onboarding Specialist

      After creating your ShipStation Account and adding ShipCalm as a user, please notify your Onboarding Specialist to continue to the next step in the Onboarding process
