SC | How To Add ShipCalm Amazon Seller Central Access

1Login to your Amazon Seller Central Account

2Navigate to 'User Permissions'On the home page, locate the 'Settings' dropdown
This dropdown will have the 'User Permissions' tab near the bottom to access.

3Add a New UserUnder 'User Permissions', you will be able to add a new user.
Locate 'Add a New User' and input the following information to send an invitation to ShipCalm.ShipCalm User Account Info
Name ShipCalm Email amazon3@shipcalm.com
Select 'Send Invitation' and an invitation will be sent to ShipCalm to confirm access to Amazon Seller Central

4ShipCalm will Accept the InviteOur team will receive a confirmation email, prompting us to accept the invitation via the link in the email.
Once the invitation is accepted our team will contact you regarding performing the final step of connecting Amazon Seller Central -
5Select 'Manage Permissions' for ShipCalmOnce Shipcalm has accepted the invite, the name will show up in the 'Current User' area.
There, you can manage the user’s access to your account by clicking the 'Manage Permissions' button

6Set 'Inventory' to 'View & Edit'You will need to set all 'Inventory' permissions to 'View & Edit'.
- This allows us to add shipments and resolve issues we may run into with products.

7Set 'Manage Your Cases' to 'View & Edit'You will also need to set 'Manage Your Cases' permissions under the 'Settings' tab to 'View & Edit'.
- This provides us with the ability to contact Amazon with issues such as refunds for shipping charges if needed.

8Set 'Marketplace Appstore' to 'View & Edit'You will also need to set 'Marketplace Appstore' permissions under the 'Settings' tab to 'View & Edit'.
- This provides us with the ability to troubleshoot the connection between ShipStation and Amazon Seller Central.

9'Save' Permission SettingsOnce you are done selecting the permissions that you wish to grant, click 'Continue' to save and confirm the permissions granted.
