      Reports for Inventory Snapshots

The Inventory Snapshot table in InfoPlus will be used to pull the inventory reports for both the START and END of each month resulting in two (2) separate reports.

      Inventory Snapshot Table

      1. Inventory Snapshot at the START of the month
        • Set the Snapshot Date to the FIRST day of the month you want to view
          • For example, set the date to 6/1/2024 to get the first day in June 2024
        • Use the Actions, Export Excel option to export an Excel spreadsheet with the results of the snapshot on the Snapshot Date
      2. Inventory Snapshot at the START of the month
        • Set the Snapshot Date to the FIRST day of the FOLLOWING month you want to view
          • For example, set the date to 7/1/2024 to get the Last day in June 2024
        • Use the Actions, Export Excel option to export an Excel spreadsheet with the results of the snapshot on the Snapshot Date

Note: If you have inventory across multiple facilities, it may also be necessary to filter the Inventory Snapshot table using the Warehouse Name field to filter which warehouse to export.
