SC | How to View and Export the Production Lot (Batch Number) used for Orders

    This process outlines:

    1. How to view which Production Lot (or Batch Number) was used to ship an order in InfoPlus
    2. How to Export the Line Item details to view which Production Lot (or Batch Number) was used to ship orders in InfoPlus

    You will be able to:

    1. View the Production Lot (or Batch Number) that was used for a single order
      • This would be used on an order-by-order basis
    2. View ALL Orders that shipped out using a specific Production Lot (or Batch Number)
      • This would be used in the event of a recall or audit to view all orders with specific Lot Numbers

      Navigate to the Order Line Table in InfoPlus

      Order Line Table

      • The Order Line table will show individual line item details for each order in InfoPlus.
        • Ex. If an order has 3 different SKUs on the order, there will be 3 line item records for the order.

      Add/Confirm the Table Filter and Column for the 'Production Lot' Field

      You will need to confirm that you have added the Table Filter Field for the Production Lot and add the column on the table for the Production Lot.

      Add Production Lot to Filter Bar Options

      1. Select the Square and Pencil icon on the filter bar
      2. Search for Production Lot in the dropdown
      3. Select the Production Lot checkbox
      4. Select Update

      1. Select the 'Column' dropdown in the upper right corner of the page next to 'Smart Filters'
      2. Search for 'Production Lot'
      3. Select the Production Lot checkbox
      4. Select 'Update'

      1. Are you looking to view the Production Lot that was used on a SINGLE ORDER?
      2. Are you looking to view ALL ORDERS that were shipped using a specific Production Lot or Batch No?

      Filter Order Line Table by the Customer Order No.

      While on the Order Line table, use the table filters at the top of the page to filter by the specific Customer Order Number to identify the Production Lot used for the order.

      • NOTE: You must filter the table by 'Status = Shipped' as a Production Lot will only be shown for SHIPPED orders
      • You can also add a filter for the specific SKU you need to check the Production Lot for.
      • This will clearly display the information that you are looking for on the table.

      After filtering the table by the order number and even the SKU, the Production Lot column should have the necessary information that you are looking for.
      • Look at the COLUMN for Production Lot in the table to view the Production Lot that was used for that line item on the order.

      Filter Order Line Table by the Production Lot (Batch No)

      While on the Order Line table, use the table filters at the top of the page to filter by the specific Production Lot or Batch No to identify the orders that used that specific Production Lot.

      • NOTE: You must filter the table by 'Status = Shipped' as a Production Lot will only be shown for SHIPPED orders 
        • You can also add a filter for the specific SKU you need to check the Production Lot for.
        • This will clearly display the information that you are looking for on the table.
        • It may be necessary to use the 'Advanced' filter option to search for Production Lots that 'CONTAIN' the Production Lot you are searching for.

      Export Results from Order Line Table

      After filtering the Order Line table by the specific Order Number or the Production Lot(s) by SKU, you can use the Actions dropdown menu to Export the results to an Excel spreadsheet.
