Fire Safety Checklist

Perform the fire safety survey annually.
1. Schedule and perform a walkthrough of the facility with the local fire department and other emergency responders to assess the following:
  • Layout of the structures
  • Types and volume of hazardous chemical storage
  • Other hazards that may be encountered when responding to an emergency.
2. Collect all "No" answers and hazards/issues in a report form.
3. Provide a copy of this report to local authorities for their records.
